So, according to you, if a better general public rate comes up with the obligation of buying at least one day pass, I could keep that one day pass and use it in 2009 towards the renewal fees of my AP ??? Is there an expiry date for the activation of that one day pass ????

The one day pass is good until you are ready to use it. So if you bought it this year and didn't return until 2010, then that pass would still be good. If you use it, then you have 14 days to use it unless you purchase the no expiration option. In addition, once you use the pass, you have 14 days to upgrade your pass. After this time-frame you cannot upgrade it.

hey marie1981-sorry i'm just now reading your reply to mine. the 2 previous posters answered your question. i learn something new every day on these boards. whenever we went during free dining last yr a disser told me to be sure and have those left over tickets printed out, i would have never known about that. everyone is so helpful and i love learning from the insiders. i'm looking forward to upgrading those tickets to AP!!!!!
