We are planning on taking a trip down in Dec. We will be there for 9 days. Currently we arent sure if we are going to be taking another trip down. While we would love to we arent sure, financially its in the cards. Can we buy a 9 day park hopper w/wpam and by the end of the trip if we decide to come back upgrade to PAP?

Ive read that you can upgrade before it was used, not sure about after.

You can upgrade as you long do so prior to the ticket's expiration. There may be a 14 day limit, but I think that applies just to the tickets without the no-expiration option.
