I'm not sure about everyone elses experience, but we have FL Res AP's and find them to be the same as regular AP's. Usually when we are booking though I do still check rates for both AP and FL Res, just to be sure we're getting the best deal!

VALID Florida State issued ID card (MUST have Florida address)
VALID Voters Registration Card with corresponding picture ID
VALID Florida Based Military ID - Florida Military Bases

Eglin Air Force Base
Tyndall Air Force Base
Panama City Coastal Systems Station (Navy)
Jacksonville Naval Air Station
