Disney Gift Card with new AP purchase.

So I just got off the phone with a lovely CM who confirmed it was into a 2 week grace period and although I believed her, I did ask to push through to a supervisor just to make sure all parties were on the same page. She had to fill out a few things and then briefed the supervisor herself before joining our call. The supervisor was also really nice and apologetic but it does seem like they’re solidifying their stance on the 2 week grace period.

I was honestly super understanding, after all, there has to be a cutoff somewhere so I didn’t push back in anyway, not with him nor the first CM, just wanted to get my information for the boards here but he said he felt bad we purchased just a few days outside of the time frame and although couldn’t do anything about the GCs since the finance department has control and final say for those, he did offer myself and my sister 2 ILLs each for our next trip. Unnecessary, but very kind and much appreciated so I’m glad I tried.
 
Quick Question if there's any UK members who have bought their annual pass on line, how long did it take you on the phone? Currently it's been 30 minutes since they answered and I still haven't managed to get to the payment yet. Apparently the 'system' does not like UK customers. Is this normal?
I can assure you that United States people have to spend way too much time on the phone with them. Not really just for them to answer though, that usually take 10 mins, its more about bouncing you around to the right place and then getting an answer from someone else lol

I believe i probably got lucky but at least you got some lightning lanes out of it and it wasnt a total waste
 

You can buy the Sorcerer AP online - be sure you're logged in to the MDE website and that your DVC membership shows in your MDE profile. If the MDE website doesn't show the Sorcerer AP even though you're logged in, I'd call MS to buy.

I’ll bet Disney is overwhelmed by the response to this offer - Ticketing is probably dealing with thousands of people wanting to buy all levels of APs, not just DVC Sorcerer.

Update: I did get our APs finally after a 38 minute call with member services. There were several times I got put on hold and at one point she told me there was a problem with their payment system that she had to get support to assist with.

The $75 EGCs arrived in my email 1 hour after I got off the phone (she said it would take up to 72 hrs).
