AP prices went up $15 each. I'm actually surprised the increase wasn't higher.

The price didn't go up nearly as much as I thought it would, but I'm glad I bought them last week in anticipation of a rate increase.

I agree I'm surprised they didn't go up more. The Power pass is the same price as the gate price of a 4 day Park - to- park tickets. I have a 1 day Parkhopper I need to upgrade on my next visit, even though I may not use it next trip. Based on gate prices, a Powerpass is the logical choice assuming it's not a blackout period.

We bought our 2 Power Passes last Oct, but will be upgrading next month to the Preferred pass. Will the price we need to pay be the difference in the old price we paid to the new Preferred Pass, or the current difference.

You might get the preferred renewal price which will be lower.

I just checked the Universal Orlando Website and yes, the annual prices (for non Florida) residents just increased.

For Power Pass - now $214.99 (was $199.99)
For Annual Pass - now $294.99 (was $279.99)
For Premier Pass - now $434.99

Me too, I'm in Orlando now but buying passes Tuesday...now $45 more!
