usually with things like that, everyone in your party has to have an AP to attend...look on the email...usually they put a disclaimer on it letting you know...when they did the AP preview for TS everyone had to have an AP in the party

We had to show ours for the TSMM AP preview. They actually checked them once at guest services then again at the ride entrance. Hope it works out for you.

My family and I will be at the preview on Saturday, the 25th.

I am so jealous. I really really wanted to get into that on the 24th :(

Oh well, guess that means that we will have to go back in November.

I did! I did!
I won for Sunday Oct 26th at 9 am! I can't wait.:cutie:

We saw it here in Phx. They had a one showing here in town. it was a radio station giveaway promotion for the DVD! It was fabulous and my 4 year old loved the movie...... We can not wait to see it again on dvd!!

Oddly enough, no one in my family wants to sit in a theater for two hours when they can be at the park or PPH pool. Guess we'll wait for the DVD.

It was waaayy less then 2 hours. I think it was around an hour and a half maybe a little less

It has more to do with time management and what the children want to do. We can watch the DVD any time but can't recreate the park or pool experience.

Just got my email this morning also. I am going on Oct25th Saturday at 12pm.

How did I manage to miss this? Where was this posted? Did you enter?
Man I wish I knew about this.......... :confused3

I completely missed checking the AP website for registering. We could have gone during the week, too.

Am I missing something - folks are talking about seeing the movie, but this is for visiting the new Pixie Hollow attraction and getting to Meet and Greet with the Fairies from the movie and (now) books.

We did see the movie at the El Capitan and it was wonderful! First time my 3 yr old sat through an entire movie without moving or wanting to go to the potty!

The movie will be shown in the Opera House, inside DL. We're still waiting to see if there is a tour of Pixie Hollow.

Ah - that explains it. Thanks!

I hadn't been looking at the AP website, so I missed the initial lottery stuff. From the way it looks now, it seemed like it was just the usual "Come see the new attraction before everyone else".

I'm definitely not missing anything, since we already went to the El Capitan and saw it a couple weeks ago. It is a pretty fun movie.

When I took some photos Sunday, it looks like they aren't making much progress on the Meet and Greet area behind the walls. They had a few "cracks in the wall" and you could see equipment and stuff. They do have the concrete pretty torn up where you used to stand to wait for Ariel (if the line was long)... You can see that clearly under the fence if you stand by the rockwork near the potties.

^^^ Joke's on me - I thought the same thing (even though I read the initial notice), that's why we probably won't attend the preview.

When is the Pixie Hollow meet n greet supposed to open for the general public? Even though I won't have my DD with me in November I hope it's open so I can walk through! I love Tink!

I believe it's supposed to be around the movie release date, so that would put it around 10/26 or so. The one at WDW opens on 10/24, so I imagine ours will be around the same time, if not soon after.

There's still a lot of construction to finish!
