AP photopass - help

Hi All

So I'm stumped. Just got back from our trip and all along could see all the pics on the phone. We have AP (just activated during this trip) and even all the ones from our old trip started showing up. But now that I'm home wanted to check them out on the computer and when I log in to my MDE account all I see are the Nov. 2015 photos (we had Memory Maker).

Is there a trick to geting them on the computer?

Not sure. We have all our pictures for the past year (on a rolling basis) without doing anything.
Is the AP showing active in the MDE account you sign in to?

Make sure there's no filter on just showing you those November pics. You should be able to see them all when on the computer
