AP Passholder line

Hi all,

I previously subscribed to a thread that was dedicated to the procedure for those who canceled an AP during the closure last year, and want to purchase another one. But I can’t seem to locate the thread. Through that method of calling (and waiting several weeks for a callback) we were able to purchase new DVC Gold AP’s for our family. Now trying to help a friend who recently had major surgery, and who will be traveling with us this fall. Does anyone have the VIP AP Passholder phone number, and hours of operation? Many thanks!

I think the hours are correct as I was able to get right through at 10:50 pm to get his name on the list for a callback. Thanks again

Just reminding everyone that wants an AP for a planned trip to call to get on the list as far in advance of your planned travel date as you can. The call back for me was 27 days, they called me last week. My trip isn't until Thanksgiving, but yo need to reserve your park days, as the closer you get to your trip the days will book up, and you may not get the park you want.

The call back for me was 27 days, they called me last week. My trip isn't until Thanksgiving, but yo need to reserve your park days, as the closer you get to your trip the days will book up, and you may not get the park you want.

I called last night just before closing, and the nice woman told me it would be no longer than 7 days before I got a call. I mentioned the 30 day estimates and she said that was not correct LOL As mentioned, am trying to help our travel mates out. Luckily our trip is not until November also.

Hopefully they've hired some CMs to help. Also, the call did come from the 407 area code, as would be expected, so that is why I answered it right away. So be on the look out for that.
