My family is UOAP passholders, but only my husband has the preferred pass which includes free parking. Does anyone know if they ask for id when you present your pass at the parking lot? I'd like to take the kids and use my husband's pass for parking (he won't be joining us on this visit) but aren't sure if we will get turned away.

My experience during 2021 was the same. They don't ask for ID for the food & merch discounts, but they do ask to see ID for parking.

Depending on how many days you are going without him, it might be worth it to upgrade yours so it includes the parking. If not, bring his Preferred for the other discounts at least.

We are in the same boat except it is my son who has the pass. They usually ask for his birthday since he isn't old enough to have an ID. We have been successful in getting into the park without him in the car 3 times. The other 2 times they made us pay for parking because he wasn't with us. It seems to depend on the parking attendant that you get. We have said that he was already there with a friend but had forgotten his pass. That worked one time.
