We will be arriving at DLRP early evening on Sat 26th, having set up our caravan at a nearby campsite first.

Can anyone tell me, roughly what time the AP Office closes? Is it open as long as the park? Park closes at 11pm, so wouldn't have thought so, but, hey, thats why I'm asking.

Also, can anyone help me with this bit. We have kindly been sponsored and have our completed forms. We are planning on getting our APs at Guest Services. (B.I.L. and my neice need to get theirs here) Do we hand in our sponsor forms here, and which bit do WE need to fill in? They give me it back don't they, as proof that I have been sponsored and then I send it back to my sponsor? I know it is probably all very straight forward, but, you know when you start to overthink things, and you go a bit arrrghhh!!

Just over a week to go now, so I think I can start to do the whole panicky "Have I forgot to buy this, Do I NEED to buy that?" But with the sales in full swing, you can't help it:rolleyes1

I can't help with the AP office opening times when the park is open til 11pm, sorry. I would expect them normally to be open until 6pm anyway (as thats the earliest park closing time during the year).

You don't actually have to complete any of the sponsor form. You hand over the form when you are buying your AP's, and the CM will complete the sponsor form with the names of the new APs, the type of AP purchased, the new AP numbers, and the expiry dates of the new APs. Then the CM will stamp over the top of this information to confirm it is officially correct. There is a space at the bottom of each "filleul" bit on the sponsor form for the new AP holders signatures, so I guess the CM may ask you to sign under your new AP details on the sponsor form also (parents sign for childrens APs).

Then yes, the CM will give you the completed sponsor form back, so you can return it to your sponsor when you get home from DLRP.

Thanks, this is all helpfull for when I get my AP on my next visit. I know I've been there loads of times but do all the staff at the AP office speak good English? I really can't speak a word of French and it would be the only thing stopping me from buying an AP over a 4/5 day hopper!

I've got the AP Bureau hours written down as 11am - 7pm Mon - Fri and 10am - 8pm Sat and Sun.

Don't know if these are still applicable. :confused3

Don't worry, they all seem to speak very good English and if they couldn't understand something you were asking then I'm sure they'd ask a colleague to help. :)

Cool, thanks. I can hardly even order a drink in French let alone a sponsored AP!

:thumbsup2
