AP is showing good for 15 months?? Is this right?

I purchased a platinum AP for me and my daughter in 2018. Activated it September 15, 2018. I just went to do a gold renewal as we are now DVC owners and about to hit our FP date for An October trip and MDE says our passes aren’t eligible for renewal because they don’t expire until December 17, 2019. Any idea why? I mean, I’m definitely not complaining. That’s awesome. But curious? Was they’re some extended deal last year or something? I hope it’s not some infamous Disney IT glitch that’s going to fix itself and cancel my FPs after I make them.

Odds are... that could be.

Another distinct possibility is that your AP anniversary dates were manually input by the CM when you activated them and the CM, at that time, made an error (in your favor.)


That kind of situation has since become a "thing of the past" as the current procedure is that the anniversary date is set by the system computer when a new AP is used at the gate of a park for the first time.

Ours are good for 12 months. Either last year, or the year before, they gave us an extra month for some kind of celebration, but that's it. Never had one last 15 months.

I wouldn’t count on it. My Premier Passport has been show to be good for 99 years in the system before. Most likely its just a glitch.
