AP Hotel Rates... first week of January?

I know Universal hasn't been releasing AP rates lately but I was wondering if historically they have release this type of rates for the first week of January. I'm starting to plan my trip and was wondering if budgeting for an AP was worth it if there's no discount for the hotel.

Most times we don’t know when the AP rates are released

11 months out from the time you plan to check in, have not seen any discounts that far our for AP availability info

I usually see ap rates released about 3 months out from my planned date
