AP Hotel Discounts

With the Dream AP you get 10% off Hotels at all time and 30% off at certain times. Is this applicable to all hotels? Just thinking that if I can find a date with 30% off for the DLH then I may just be able to afford it!

The discount - even the 10% - is only subject to availability. I got no discount last December when I booked SL. I have a dream passport. So I wouldn't hold my breath, but it would be great if you did!
