AP holders - do you get emails?

I was just at the passholder site and saw that they have the Mickey Monitor up for downloading. We haven't received a Mickey Monitor by mail since, I think, last winter? Are they only available on line now?

I was also wondering if any passholders receive emails about special events. We will be going down in December, right around the time there should be previews of the Nemo attractions, and it says to sign up for email announcements to keep up to date. I've searched around the site, but I can't seem to find anywhere to sign up for updates or adjust my profile (which I can't even find) so that my regular Disney.com login is recognized as an AP.

Any advice?

I recieve periodic emails as well as the Mickey Monitor, in the mail.


Early December is such a nice tme to be there, looking forward to it too.

Both DH and I have APs, he got his in November, I got mine in May. Occassionally he gets AP mail, occassionally I get the same or different AP mail, occassionally neither of us gets AP mail. Neither of us has gotten the fall Mickey Monitor yet. Only one of us got the summer one, I forget who it was addressed to.

I get Mickey Monitor and emails. If you are not, and you have registered your email addy at Disney.com or the passholder site, you might have your email filters working too hard.

I get it all. I get the monitor -- but it now says the ....Family, even though there are more than one AP holder in the house. I get email's via the AP site regarding resort discounts, plus special AP only previews, I get emails from the DDE division (especially relating to food and wine lately), plus I'm a DVC member and get my newsletter via email. I also get most of it in hard copy via snail mail. I guess I'm just well informed. I agree that you do need to log into the AP website and register your account via them.

I receive my DVC newsletter via email, but I've never gotten anything from the DDE (is there a website I need to access? I purchased membership via phone last fall...), and I'll have to figure out what's going on with my AP news.

I'm checking spam controls now, but does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can check my email profile for the AP site? I'm logged onto it right now, but I can't find anything that would allow me to check....

No emails for me. I did get the fall Mickey Monitor, although it came in my married daughter's name (she does not have an AP) and she has a different address. Her name, my address.

for the passholder site: log in and choose passholder benefits & discounts. Under passholder information resources, there is a link you can use to register yourself.

As for the DDE: This year I received a postcard telling me to register with them to receive information via email. I did that and it worked great, but I also get hard copy information in the mail too. Not sure of the email link, but you might find it under the passholder website when you click on the link for the DDE discount. I think there's an address there.

Good luck. I have heard that some folks have registered their AP account and still don't recieve anything. Not sure why, but we all know the disney website is not the easiest to operate. I usually will register everyone's AP, just to make sure I don't miss any emails.

I receive the Micky Moniter through the mail, but have never once gotten any AP emails. Thank goodness I visit this website often enough and can find out about discounts right away! I have registered on the website too and that has not done any good.

There must have been a twig in the system because I got a mouse monmitor too and my AP expired June 11. I don't ever recall getting AP emails or DDE emails both of which I should get. I get all other disney emails though.

This is off topic a little, but nearly every time I call to make a new reservation, I am told that I am not in the computer. We have stayed at a Disney World Hotel in the area of 100 times.
