I had a problem with my annual pass renewal this week...this needed 20 minute "discussion" with TM to fix. TM could not find renewal in system, and after trying a few things, talked to her lead, and they told me I could have one day pass but that I would need to call AP department and prove I paid for it. (I had the order confirmation printed, with their order number). I insisted they call AP department, which they eventually did, but they really tried not to help -- eventually it all worked out. :)

They determined, talking to the TMs in the room who were overhearing the issue, that the problem was: when you renew online you also need to call to activate. :confused3 Sounds wrong -- but just wanted to pass it along for anyone else who renewed online -- you might want to give the call to check a try. Be sure you print and bring paperwork!!!

I always call to renew, 5 minutes and done.:thumbsup2

We had exactly the same problem in September. Turned out that the "renewal" was at Will Call and after a few minutes at Guest Services the TM there was smart enough to locate it. It is definitely a glitch in the system.

I renewed online last week. Didn't have any problems, received a confirmation that my pass was now extended and the website has the new end date. All without calling. Sounds like they have a glitch sometimes but don't know why. :confused3 I'll have my confirmation along just in case there's a problem though.

Our issue didn't happen while we were online. It happened once we got to the park and tried to get in, lol. Had to go to guest services and the person there had seen the issue before and when she ran the credit card number through the computer, she saw that the renewal had gone to "will call" instead of just straight to the ap that we already had.

Good to know. I'll be prepared to hunt down where my AP renewal is if necessary!
