AP Fixed price dinner available on plan?

Does anyone know if the fixed price dinner can be ordered on the DP at Artist Point? It comes with both a soup and a salad (instead of one app) so I was curious if you can order it on plan, or only the separate items. Anyone know?

We were able to last fall during free dining. I wouldn't see why it would change, it is a two credit meal.
