No. You remain at 7 days of FPs within a 30-day period.

I think I remember reading that there are 8 Off Site neighboring Resorts that allowed Disney World guests to book FP at 60 days and participate in extra magic hours.

As an AP holder you can book 30 days out. If you log into MDE you will see that only the next 30 days in the calendar are highlighted as accessible for booking.

Yes, I saw that Disney has added a few extra off site resorts to the 60 day list. But I don't remember which ones.

Non Disney-owned hotels with 60-day FP+: the 7 Disney Springs Hotels; Swan & Dolphin; Four Seasons; Shades of Green.

Disney played a role in the development of all of these.
