I recently received my AP vouchers in the mail. The only exchange locations listed on them are at Epcot, DHS, AK & MK. Has anyone been able to exchange them at the DTD ticket booth? :confused3 We are staying at SSR and I was hoping to get this taken care of the evening we arrive as we are planning to go to Typhoon Lagoon the following morning.

TIA-
Lisa

Yes you can exchange them at any guest services location including the two at DTD. You can also do it at any theme park ticket window.

You probably won't have two cars, but in December, I ended up at Guest Services near Team Mickey and DH was over at the kiosk on the Westside!:lmao: I couldn't figure how that man had gotten lost. Thank goodness for cell phones (of course he says I was the one who was lost).

are you supposed to receive something in the mail? we printed out a screen when we ordered APs... with a barcode on it - is this sufficient?

I'm guessing that should work. I didn't even get that. I ordered over the phone at MS. When I called back, they told me that mine were on "will call" I just have to go to GS with the magic number that they gave me and I would get my AP's.
Hey, has anyone ever got their AP's via will call?

Sounds like you purchased using the "will call" option. You have to pay extra if you want an exchange certificate (voucher) mailed to you.

Just take your confirmation number (on the printout) to Guest Services, along with your photo ID and your blue membership card (if you purchased the DVC-discounted pass). Guest Services will do the rest.

FWIW, I prefer the Guest Services desk at the Downtown Disney MarketPlace location for AP/PAP transactions. The CMs there always seem to be friendly, knowledable and professional. As an added bonus, there aren't impatient people behind you anxious to get into a park!

Thanks for the reply!

Where is the desk at the marketplace, roughly? It's a couple of years since we've been. I vaguely remember a desk near the AMC cinema, is that right? I might be totally mis-remembering.

We are going to get AP's for the first time this year, when you order them do you have to pick them up at Disney or can you have the actual passes mailed to you (and they become active when you use them)? We are staying at BCV in March and I am just trying to figure out the best way to go about this. Thanks!

If you order them ahead of time, you either select will-call or pay shipping to have an exchange voucher mailed to you. Either way, you still have to go to a Guest Services location or Theme Park Ticket window to get the actual AP. If you are staying at BCV, you can get your AP at the Epcot's International Gateway.

It is near the Team Mickey shop. There is also one on the Westside near the AMC cinemas.

You can also save yourself a trip and exchange the certificate when you get to TL in the morning. ;)

And that way the APs will be good one additional day.
