Hello, I am looking for information where each AP entrance is located in all 4 theme parks. My daughter was at AK last week and she could not find it. HS is also another one I cannot find. I believe Epcot is located to the far left towards the monorail side and MK is also to the left closer to the monorail entrance. Thank you

I think they have the ability to move them, as I have used one at Epcot on the far left and one on the far right. I just look for the sign, or the shortest line (not that the AP is the shortest line, but since an AP can use any line, I might as well pick the short one). I think at HS they were to the far left beyond the exit the last time I was there, and AK was to the far right. HS was hard to find because I didn’t realize they even had gates around the corner to the left of the exit. I had only ever used the gates facing out front towards the parking, buses, and boats.

They do seem to place them at the end of the entry gates, so looking to the far left and far right should find them.

They don’t always designate an AP entrance. AK is usually at the right, Epcot, left main entrance, right skyliner entrance. HS usually at the right.

I agree with flafun, I pick the shortest line, regardless of whether that’s AP or not, and it’s probably been 50/50 it’s not

I have found that even if the AP line looks longer, you are less likely to get stuck behind a “raised-hand” guest in the AP line.

They may not have even been APs. They don’t police it.
They were. We were right behind each group. First time using their APs, one had to fumble with showing upc codes on phones for their kids and scanning fingerprints and such. One was trying to figure out how to get it to work with his Apple Watch. Comedy of errors. At HS we left and used one of the regular lines; it was later in the day and not so crowded, so all was well.

Might be a cloud that follows me lol, that’d be my theory too but probably about 30% of my time I’m waiting longer in the AP line

Cracking up. Just walked through the back Epcot gate. AP line held up, we were at the bridge by the time the peeps holding up the line got through. Wouldn’t normally watch but it was timely 🤣

Availability and location = INCONSISTENT

When available we sometimes use but sometimes it isn't the shortest line. Unfortunately they often let everyone in a party through even if they aren't AP and that can lead to "raised hand". It is def not a huge perk that I worry about.

o ok thanks.........new one to me LOL
I have much experience with Raised Hand this week!lol

For an unknown reason I get the Blue Light EVERY time!

They finally just gave up on my finger and took my picture and now they look at it every time I enter a Park.

Did they try resetting the print? I had trouble one winter. After the second reset, I decided that maybe my hands were dry and cold. So I made sure to rub lotion on the finger tip and warm it up by rubbing and scratching it.

My fingerprint rarely works first time but not going to do any of that .
Are we allowed to use wet wipe before we touch the scan ?

I don’t see why not. It’s your finger. I have problems often at Universal, so I just show them my DL while trying my finger. Disney kept insisting on redoing my print and wouldn’t let me just show ID, so I had to try stuff to keep it from taking forever to enter the park. Good luck
