AP Early Entry Reviews??

I've seen some feedback on the hotel MM but was wondering if any AP have gone into DCA (or DL for that matter) during the AP early entry days. What are those crowds like? How much were you able to get done in that hour? I'm assuming it will be less crowded than hotel MM but that might just be wishful thinking on my part.
