AP/DVC discounts on shop disney or MDE

My wife has made a wish list for her birthday for disney stuff. Usually we are at Flower and Garden right now so I always get the stuff in the parks. But here is the stupid problem. I can get the stuff from shop disney but it doesn’t seem like you can use your discounts. If I go to the shop section of MDE they don't have the stuff or it is store only. Why does disney do this. And has anyone found a way around it so you can use your discounts? It’s $400 worth of stuff so I really dont want to leave $80 on the table if I can help it.

Unfortunately, there is no AP discount on shopdisney. If you have a Disney VISA, there is 10% off on select items. I remember ordering frequently from the MDE site and getting my AP discount; I really miss it.

They originally said they would update the site to add the discount then they never did. The only items you will get your DVC discount is on items that are listed as DVC items.
