Hey All,

When I purchased our original AP Dreams at Easter 2006 we were also given: (each AP holder)

- 5 Fastpasses
- 20% Restaurant Discount Voucher
- 20% Shopping Discount Voucher

These AP's expiried in June 2007. I recently purchased new AP Dreams, which are valid from November 2007 for the regular 12 month period. These have been issued and are the 'real' APs - rather then temporary passes. They've used the original pictures from Easter 2006.

Can anyone tell me whether they still issue the 'Welcome Pack' containing the above to new AP holders - and whether this is just on the first purchase of an AP, on each renewal / new purchase.

I didn't receive these type of offers with my new AP's and am wondering whether a quick visit to the AP office when we are onsite is required to 'claim' them or whether it's just a case they these are no longer offers / only available to 1st time AP buyers.

Thanks

Iain.

I bought my first ever dream AP's at the park in early October this year, I didn't get any discount vouchers or fastpasses either.

They are not doing these anymore. No fastpasses with a Dream passport. You will get 20% off all your shopping all the time now as they made this standard - they just scan your card and 10% off of food as well

Hope this helps

As Jackie said this perk has now been stopped.

We did get a card that could be used in the Disney Village restaurants that gave us 20% off. It got stamped as you visited each restaurant :)

Was that not for Shareholders?

It's correct - they don't do the packs anymore. I'd rather have 20% off all shopping anyway!

I'm not sure if kids still maybe get a welcome gift or not.

Hey All,

First thanks for your replies.

SO - the welcome pack is a thing of the past. Just wanted to check.

My now, I'm interested in this 'discount card' Cyrano mentioned. IS this a current thing - should I 'march' into the AP office and request one? (I'm also a shareholder if it helps)..

Thanks

Iain
