AP Disney website sign-in???

We're trying to sign in on the Passholders section of the www.disney.com website, and our exchange certificate cards don't match the option available on it??

Our codes are NDV, and the codes on there are NB0...(we bought the DVC discount PAP's)

Any thoughts?

Hey Tia

Had the same problem as well I don't think thats the problem for me I was entering the entire TR # and it ended up just wanting the last 2 digits

I had the same problem too. I emailed and this is the response I got:

Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World Resort.

Here is an example which will hopefully help you.

If your voucher looks something like this...NBV02 06/26/2005 WDW:022
TR146240

Use this: WDW 022 06 26 05 240(last 3 digits)

It seemed pretty confusing but worked out. Good luck!
