AP discounts

What are the stores/restaurants that offer discounts to AP holders? Surprisingly the description of the APs is vague and just says something to the effect of 'some places give discounts' I know the hotels do, but what else?

I thought Blue Bayou was 15%. And that with the sit-downs only premiums got discounts.
