Thanks for the info. However I am not a holder yet and I want to know the discounts before I purchase. I can't log in because I don't have one yet.

10% off most full service lunches at EPCOT and some resorts, free parking at the parks. A far as special resort room pricing, they will vary seasonally and are not always available.
