Do you mean discounts when you purchase AP's? Disney Club has one and I think they are the only one.
Do you mean are there discounts on other things when you have an AP? Yes, and they do vary. SOmetimes there are room discounts, there are certain restaurant discounts, merchandise discounts, discounts for the water parks, Disney Quest and mini golf, car rentals, etc.
