AP discounts on Home Away From Home resorts?

Does WDW usually offer AP discounts for the OKW, BWV, etc?

It depends on the time of year. If you are traveling during a slower time of year (January, early February, September/October), the AP rates will be available. During busier times of year (holidays and summer), discounts in general won't be offered.
