AP discounts for early March?

I was wondering if anyone knows if they've released AP discounts for the first 2-3 weeks in March. We're thinking of buzzing down for a week, but we'd HAVE to get an AP rate on our resort.

They have AP rates out right now from Feb.17th-April 16th. I was able to secure POR for 11 nights at $104.00 per night plus tax. Not bad considering its peak season. Good Luck!

I'm assuming you are providing the code for those people that book their own. Otherwise if I go through DU, they should know this, shouldn't they?

Here's my big question though......it seems that the AP discounts are well worth the money, even if I only buy it to get the resort discount (and use it only during that trip). I was quoted $414 a night for AKL and it looks like the AP discount would make it only $199 a night. The AP is about $421 and it looks like I'd be saving about $200 a night. I'm no math major, but doesn't this seem like a no-brainer? Or what am I missing? Do many people do that? Thanks for your help....
P.S. I also have AAA but the discount is only about 10% there.....

Sure- it sometimes makes sense to by one AP for the resort discount. I would call CRO and make the AP-discounted ressie first, just to make sure there are rooms available at that discount for your dates. (You don't need the AP to make the reservation.)

Just curious though, would I have better luck doing it myself, or is Dreams Unlimited the way to go? What are the advantages of doing it myself (seems like a lot of waiting on hold???) vs. using Dreams Unlimited? Just looking for some tips. Thanks again.
