AP discounts, AAA rates, other discount codes... ?

Do they all come out at the same time or should I expect to see the discount codes for the general public before anything else ?

The DC and the AAA are usually released around the same time. The code rates are released as the seasons approach. I think that is why so many people are on this site everyday, They need o check what discount is available now.
