if I buy my AP now and get the DVC discount and then when I get there want to chance it to a PAP pass instead will the discount still stand

If you purchase an AP voucher or will call, you can upgrade to a PAP when you redeem the voucher or claim the will call. They will apply the applicable DVC discount to the PAP.

Yes, you will still get the DVC rate on an upgrade.

Don't forget your blue member card & photo id.

Even though you will have a DVC voucher, the CM's will still verify id matches up.
