AP discount when ordering over the phone for WDW merchandise??

Does anyone know if they honor the annual pass discount when I call WDW merchandise to order some things I didn't get on my previous trip?

The people in Mail Order do not have access to the Automated Ticketing System and cannot verify any Annual Pass information.

That said, if you actually order merchandise by mail you could include a photocopy of the AP and that might work.
