AP Discount/Free Dining

I am thinking about taking advantage of the Free Dining special and going with a friend in early September. My family and I are going in October staying at OKW. By just doing the 1 day ticket for the package, can I upgrade to an Annual Pass and still get my $100. discount for being a DVC member?

Thanks for the quick reply. Where is the easiest place to do this? My friend can upgrade to whatever, right? She doesn't have to upgrade to an AP just because our package is together, does she?

Oops. Nevermind. I am having a blonde moment. I guess we would both do an 8 day pass, then I would upgrade to the AP before I left. Sorry for my ignorance.
