AP Discount Codes for Nov 05

Was wondering when I might expect to see discount codes for AP holders on lodging in Nov 05? Need to find ASAP as we will be booking 2 rooms. We are planning to stay at the POP Century. Thanks for the input.

Last year they came out on August 25th. The year before it was August 28th. They don't release AP rates far in advance.

No codes yet, but keep in mind that THIS November will be regular season rates not value season rates as they have been in the past. So when the discounts are released they will not be the same as they have been last November. Not sure where the changeover date is where it switches to value season for a shorter time now.

Not sure why they changed them for 2005, but have to assume it's because food and wine is now longer and November has become as popular as October. Don't remember the exact date when value does begin for 2005, but use to be the beginning of Nov. My Oct/Nov trip is Oct. 26-Nov.6, so would've considered doing a split stay for the lower rate, but don't have to worry about that now.

Remember, discount codes are a WDW incentive to guests to fill empty rooms. If they are substantially booked, discount codes probably will be limited, if released at all. And this year, WDW seems to be filling rooms quite well!

If room price is an issue, you might want to book back-up accommodations at rack rate at a less expensive resort, just in case the discount codes don't materialize. Then you can apply the discount if it becomes available for your preferred resort and cancel the other one.
