Nope.... I think the outlet in Lutz (Tampa) which is a glorified Disney Store might do Disney Visa discounts but not 100%

I know the last time I went and made a purchase, there was a 10% off coupon at the bottom of the receipt. Fortunately I had to buy items for a friend so I did her transaction first, got the coupon and then used it on my larger transaction!
