AP dining discount

When paying at a restaurant does everyone have to provide their passes to claim the annual pass discount or is it just the bill payee? Not a problem if we are in the park, but thinking of resort hotels. Advice please.

Usually, AP dining discounts apply to the passholder and up to 3 guests. Haven't seen that this has changed for the special offers. That would make one AP applicable to a party of 4. For a party of more than 4, might need more than one AP.
