good morning-
we are thinking of purchasing annual passes. Now my question is, if I am an annual pass holder, when I go to make my hotel reservation, do I just ask for the AP rate or is there a code I will have to provide, if so, wehre do I get it??

thanks guys:D

I've made reservations three times now since I've had an AP, and every time I've just used the words "AP rate". Things have gone fine.

You don't need to have the AP when you make the ressie. Just ask for an AP rate. You may have to show your AP when you check in , however. You can also show your inactivated voucher upon check in.

In reference to using the term "AP Rate":

I've unintentionally used the term "AP Rate" when on the phone with CRO and have met with some confusion. I think it's a term we've developed and used here on the DIS, though some CRO Cast members may not be familiar with it. Each time I was forced to backtrack and use "Annual Passholder Rate". Perhaps they are now all trained to recognize the term. More to your point, I don't think you need to provide the actual code from the Mickey Monitor.

Have any clue what the AP reates are for May?

Unfortunately, the AP rates past 4/9 have not been released yet! That is what we are all waiting for!:):):)
