AP buying/pickup questions

I have vouchers for APs as a DVC member... I am also eyeing a trip that includes a stay at PP next month (Unless my eyes deceive me, I saw a flight and hotel deal for under $600 on Travelocity).

The questions are: 1) Is the AP office open during all park hours, so if I arrive late Friday I'll be okay?

2) Am I able to cash vounchers in at my local Disney store?

3)Will I be reimbursed for my entry fee, as they can't deduct it from the cost of my AP (Or will they issue me a one-hour pass)?

4) Will they reduce my hotel price to the AP rate if I become an AP while staying already? Will I be eligible considering it's a Travelocity rate or would that only have worked if I'd booked via Disney?

And a more generic question: Does AP inclue EE or is that always only for hotel guests?

1. Yes.

2. No, the vouchers are not refundable.

3. Your vouchers will give you park entry for that day--you just have to get your actual AP before you leave the park. No need to buy park admission--you already have it.

4. I don't think so.

5. No--APs don't include EE unless you are staying onsite.

If anyone is looking for the Deluxe or Premium AP, my friend works for a travel agency in Anaheim Hills and can get them for $50 off the price at the gate.

Here's my next question: On this upcoming trip (I booked the one mentioned above), I am arriving late Friday, late enough that I'm not sure I'll get to the AP center or DL while they are open. Do you think they'll let me do EE with a hotel pass and my AP voucher on Saturday morning?

ok to your first question....you handle all your AP business at the Bank of Main St and it is open till really late like almost 11 pm late....

2nd question...if you are staying onsite at any of the 3 disney hotels then you get EE every day it is offered for the length of your stay...all you do is show the little white charge paper you are given upon check in...so if you want to wait till saturday you can get a pass to get in, just show the white paper at EE and go straight to the bank to get your AP's and your good
