Hi guys, sorry if this is answered on here, I searched but couldn't find it...

Just wondering if a magic band is included when you buy an annual pass (and by staying at a Disney resort). Thanks!!

Yes, AP holders can get a MB. Once you have an AP you link it to your MDE account and can then order a customized (color) MB. No need to be staying at a Disney Resort.

Actually it's very rare to be able to buy an AP and get the band before you visit WDW to activate your AP in person. Yes you will get one and you can try to customize it ahead of time. If that doesn't work or it doesn't appear to customize your disney resort stay will provide you with a free magicband ahead of time for this trip and you'll have another one you can order for the next trip if you want more colors to mix and match or just new ones.
