AP and Contemporary Resort

I was wondering if anyone has received an AP discount on a garden wing standard view room? I booked our August 2009 trip last night and I am considering getting an AP since we'll be at WDW twice within 12 months. We've always wanted to stay at CR but can only afford the cheapest room. Since these rooms are the first to sell out, what are my chances of getting the AP discount on my ressie when they're released next year?
