Would anyone know if you can activate AP's at the International Gateway at Epcot?

I believe so. I think all you have to do is slide it through the reader and put your fingers on the scanner.

If I remember correctly, that's all I had to do last year.

I believe the original poster was asking if one could activate (as opposed to use for entry) an AP voucher at the International Gateway. As of our trip last year, yes you could activate an AP voucher there.
