AOA which area are family suitea

We booked a family suite at AOA so does anyone know where those are located at. Also are they all one storage I can’t walk upstairs

The regular family suites are in the Lion King and Cars sections, the preferred category suites in Nemo. They all have several floors, so in your situation, I would send a room request for ground floor. The buildings do have elevators though.

Which theme did you book for? We were in the Finding Nemo suites and they are around the main pool.
