AoA or Port Orleans Riverside

Help!!!! I can’t decide between AoA - little mermaid or Port Orleans Riverside - Royal room for my daughters 5th birthday. She is a little princess and loves all things magic and princess. We’ll be there 12/20-12/24 - her birthday is on the 23rd and all she’s asked for is to go to Disney. I’d love to do deluxe but can swing it because we also have a trip in February. What would you do and why? We’ve never stayed at either.

I would go with POR. At AOA,the little mermaid rooms are really far from the main building, and in my opinion, they are kind of outdated. POR is a really pretty resort, and the royal rooms are really nice.

For a princess, royal room. Little mermaid rooms were ok when we stayed in them, but very noisy.

A Royal room for sure.
The LM room isn’t princessy.

We loved both resorts but in your situation I'd definitely go POR.
