AoA or CSR?

Hi! My DH, DS 12, DD 3 and myself are currently booked at AoA FM. I've heard good and bad things about AoA (mainly good). We are also considering CSR. My reasons for AoA are the extra bath, private bedroom and theme. My reasons for CSR are less expensive and like the amenities. Which would you pick? Thanks!

We have stayed several times at CSR and visited AoA in June, but we didn't stay there. My kids (13 and 9) would say AoA for something new, while my DH would definitely say CSR because it is far more relaxing. After walking around, he said he would never stay there. He is not much for giant Disney icons. :rotfl2:

I would not pick a regular room at AoA over CSR, but I would stay in a suite just to try a new resort (if we did a girls' trip without DH). I like the food court at AoA for its interesting food choices, but it was crowded when we went, and only the Nemo section was open. The pool was also crowded - I'm sure it will be packed when all sections are open. The pool area is very nice, despite not having a slide.

Not helpful, I know. If space is most important, try AoA. If a serene resort environment is more important, try CSR. One other consideration - CSR has two queen beds, but AoA has three sleeping areas, which might be nice if your kids don't want to sleep together.

One last thought - have you considered a bunk bed room at AKL or WL? You don't get the two bathrooms, but you get separate beds for your kids (if that matters to you), and I think the price is similar to the AoA suites.

Thanks for you advice! We were going to stay at AKL, but not in a bunk bed room. My DS12 is 5' 9" and I've heard the bunks are better for someone shorter.

I'm my father's daughter, he would never pay to stay on property, so the idea of saving money is the issue. If I can add an additional night and save over $600, that is huge.

We are worried that DD3 won't do well if she can see us. She tends to want to chat. I've heard a pack n play would fit in the dressing area. That might work.

If we could get POR we'd move now, but it's full. I'm worried that CSR is too big.
