My husband and I are looking into staying at AoA the first week of this coming November. I have read some reviews and seen some pics online. Some people complain about the noise factor and also that it is crazy crowded. We are not going during a peak season, so we were hoping for it to be less frenetic. Also, would we be the only people there without children? We have stayed at CSR and SSR in the past, but we wanted to save a bit this time. Also, how does AoA compare to the other Values? Thanks!

I just returned from a split stay. 5 nights at CSR and 5 nights at AOA. Stayed in one of the little mermaid rooms and totally loved it! My room was in the Ursula building, facing the courtyard. The little mermaid section was booked solid during my stay so I expected lots of noise and crowded busses...especially after the nice and quiet time at CSR...but I was in for a surprise. You could not hear any outside noise once the door to the room was closed, it was really quiet. The only thing you could heard was when the toilet was flushed in other rooms but that's it. I have not stayed at value before so I can't compare it to POP or the All Stars resorts but I would alway stay at AOA again.
I was travveling solo and just loved the heavy theming of the resorts and the rooms. If haviing Ariel all over the room is not for you then you might want to chooses another resort...but if you like heavy disney theming, you're gonna love AOA.
