AoA and Skyliner questions.

I was thinking that staying at AoA would be great with the skyliner but now I am wondering about park planning. I was thinking that we could get a bus from AoA to EPCOT when we wanted to go in the front entrance and take the skyliner when we wanted to go to WS. Now I am seeing that taking a bus is not even an option to EPCOT unless there is bad weather. So should I plan to start our EPCOT day from the back of the park since we will be using the WS gateway every time?

AoA has had busses to the skyliner resorts running even if the skyliner is open. They are apparently not as frequent as the other busses but from what I have seen they have them all the time. That being said we prefer the skyliner no matter where in Epcot we are going as the AoA bus stop is quite far from the front entrance to Epcot. Very Very far lol

So I guess it is a trade-off. Either we walk far once we get off of the buses to get into the park or we walk far from the back of the park at the skyliner to ride our first ride. Thanks for letting me know that! I am assuming that it is true for all the parks that the AoA bus stop is very far away from the entrance?? I am using touring plans and the first ride they say to go on is at the front of the park so I am trying to decide if I want to just work my way from the back instead. I know that no matter what order they have things, it will be totally different when we get there anyway. I am hoping that with LL and G+ and going during a hopefully low crowd time at the end of August, things won't be too hectic. It is all new to me because the last time we went was in 2008 and there were paper fast passes.
