Anywhere to view World of Color from outside DCA?

Is there anywhere around the Disneyland Resort that you can catch a glimpse of World of Color from outside DCA?

Not all theme park views at GCH offer a view where you can see WOC. And even then the WOC view is not that great from these rooms as well as the WOC viewing terrace at GCH. The fountains will look nice but you may not be able to see the projections!
