Anywhere to buy WINE?

I'm staying at the Red Lion over Thanksgiving week.
Last year we walked to the 7-11 on Harbor and Katella... which is fine, but I'm wondering if the Sheraton at the Park, or the Hilton have any giftshops that may carry it?

We won't have a car, Thanks in advance.

You will walk by the 7/11 travelling to and fro from the Red Lion. But, I am going to guess you are a wine lover like me, and 7/11 wine is generally really bad.
The Grand California Hotel gift shop sells some really nice wines. I can't speak for the Hilton or Sheraton's gift shops, as I have not visited them.
There is also a gift shop on Harbor Blvd., at a hotel that sells a few nice choices. I can't remember the name of the hotel it is attached to. Let me do some research and get back to you with that.

I have bought wine at the ABC Mart just north of the 7-11 on Harbor. Too bad you don't have a car because there are some great wine stores in Orange County. I usually stop at the Wine Club on McFadden just off 55 when we are driving to DL from John Wayne Airport.

I know this won't be convinient but if you want a true selection of wine, the ABC market and 7eleven have about the same selection and the liqour store across from them is worthless in comparison, you might have to trouble. Haven't been to it but at the southeast corner of the resort is a true liqour store. It is called Wonderland Liqour.

I've been in the 3 near the intersection of Katella and Harbor and if you want something better than Sutter Home you might want to make the long walk to Wonderland. At least it's a bigger store so it should have wider selection.

Shoot! We will not have a car and are staying at the Sheraton Park Hotel for 6 nights before our DCL cruise to the Mexican Riviera and wanted to pick up some wine for the cruise. You have now dashed my hopes. I thought there was a wine store at the garden walk?

How about the duty free store when you arrive in LA? Otherwise I'd suggest, for your situation, take a cab it will still cost less total, than onboard.

The best wine store in Orange County with amazing prices is the Wine Exchange on Tustin Ave off the 55 by the Orange Mall near Heim. MUCH better selection with better prices than both the Wine Club and Bevmo.
