Anywhere other than POR to get a good, fresh, customized salad?

I LOVE the salads at POR. You can add anything you want and they toss it right there for you! They are great, but this trip DH and I are staying at the Poly and I know he is not going to want to go all the way to POR just for a salad!

Is there anywhere else they do this? We are doing the Deluxe Dining Plan, so for the most part I'll be eating my heart out at TS restaurants, but I know every once in a while I'm going to have a craving for a really good salad to balance out all the junk I'll be eating! LOL!

I really liked the salads at POR too. I'm sure I remember someone saying they had a salad made up fresh at the Beach club market place, but I've never been so can't say what kind of selection they had.
