Anything you CAN'T charge to room?

I have been buying Disney gift cards through target and Raise at discounted prices to pay for meals etc. and pay down room charges. Anything you are not able to charge to room while there? For example, can you charge Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Sea Raycers at resort to room? Thanks!

1. There's always a chance that for some strange reason the machines may not be working. Generally it won't be a problem but...you never know (I've worked in retail where the CC machines just stop for no reason).

2. Anywhere that would accept a CC, will accept magic bands (some vendors that walk around, like balloon sellers, only accept cash).

3. I think there may be some places in DTD that don't accept MB payment (although I may also be thinking of Disneyland). For eateries, if they'd accept dining plan, they'd accept MB payment, don't know how to tell about the other stores.

I think the only places that don't are the carts they push out during the parade to sell the light sticks and popcorn. I have heard some of the smaller kiosks don't (the ones with just coke in the ice tubs) but I haven't run into that.

The silhouette cutters can't charge to room. Pay in cash.

A few of the mobile (walking around) vendors at Fantasmic will only take cash. I ran into this on the last trip when I really wanted a cold beer and had no cash on me! Instead I had to get into a very long line at the refreshment counter in order to get a beer.

I remember years ago my dd's friend wanted to buy a funnel cake at a cart/kiosk and she could not charge it to the room.

It's been a while since I've been there, but some of the carts at the water parks don't take cards.

While I was in DTD, I purchased a magnet from one of the little outdoor shops, but could not change it to my room.
