Anything to know about St. Patrick's Day?

I just realized we'll be there on the 17th - so focussed was I on planning other aspects of the trip. Anything special going on?

I'll be there also, and was wondering the same thing. Anyone know of anything special going on? I've been searching, but haven't found anything yet.

There will be special events and entertainment at Pleasure Island, but other than that, there won't be much else. The UK Pavilion at Epcot usually decorates a bit, and the CMs there may have some special ceremony, but nothing "official."

Years ago we were there on ST. Patrick's Day. We have pics with Minnie and Mickey taken near USA in WS. They were wearing their St. Patrick's Day clothing! Green with shamrocks. We didn't see anything else special.

Cool... I too posted a while back asking if there was anything good to do.

The only suggestion I got was Patty O'brien's at CityWalk, which I can't do.

I'm actually meeting an old friend at Jellyroll's that night so I can drink some beer. Hoping maybe to get a Corned Beef sandwhich or something that day, too.

I figured we'd make that day our Epcot day since that was the most likely place for something.
